Fruitiest Protein Shakes with Chia Seeds.
2 cups fresh chopped strawberries,
1 cup fresh pomegranate
1 small banana
1 scoop protein powder(ESP/Cinch Shakes/Mealshakes)
2 cups ice,
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk,
3 tbsps chia seeds,
1 packet stevia
Kisar semua bahan di atas kecuali chia seeds.
Taburkan di dalam bahan kisaran.
Biarkan 5-10minit.
Sedia untuk diminum
