Fruitiest Protein Powder with Chia Seeds

Assalamualaikum wrh wbrkt & salam sejahtera,

Sudah sarapan pagi????

Mencari sarapan yang mudah dan ringkas.

Jom cuba Fruities Protein Powder with Chia seeds.


Resipi seperti di bawah.

Fruitiest Protein Shakes with Chia Seeds.

2 cups fresh chopped strawberries, 
1 cup fresh pomegranate
1 small banana
1 scoop protein powder(ESP/Cinch Shakes/Mealshakes) 
2 cups ice, 
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 
3 tbsps chia seeds, 
1 packet stevia 

Kisar semua bahan di atas kecuali chia seeds.
Taburkan di dalam bahan kisaran.
Biarkan 5-10minit.
Sedia untuk diminum
